Recurring Payment Authorization

A separate affirmative choice is required for automatic renewal. This document does not authorize marketing or unrelated use of personal information.

Amount and frequency

When I select the recurring-payment checkbox and confirm a paid checkout, I authorize Piqle inc. through Stripe to charge the total shown for the first selected monthly or annual billing period, then the disclosed recurring total each calendar month or year, respectively until I cancel. The base price is US$9.99 per month or US$99 per year, charged in full for the selected period; any applicable tax and the complete recurring total must be shown before I agree.

For a promotion code, the price summary states whether the discount applies only to the first billing period or to all renewals of this subscription. Changing or removing the code before payment requires fresh confirmation of the displayed amounts.

The service and billing interval are described in the Subscription Terms. The free first episode does not create this authorization. A higher recurring price requires fresh agreement under the stated policy.

Cancellation

I can stop future renewal through the online management link on Subscription, or contact info@piqle.io if I cannot access the account. No mandatory retention call is required. Cancellation is confirmed and ordinarily preserves access to the end of the paid period.

A transaction submitted before cancellation may need individual review. It does not permit later renewals. I can separately request immediate termination, a refund or statutory withdrawal under the Refund Policy.

Evidence

The authorization must be unchecked by default and separate from Terms acceptance. The service retains the authenticated account, server receipt time, displayed amount and currency, interval, authorization wording and version, document version and relevant payment reference. Cancelling produces a separate record. This permission cannot be inferred from a previous free signup or from a user-editable subscription label.
